Jason Jones, Attorney

Jason Jones is an attorney at Marti Law Group specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. He joins the team with two decades of experience as a corporate finance lawyer with vast M&A experience. He has spent his career as a trusted advisor to clients on a wide range of matters, including finance, law, operations, strategy, and tax. Under his skillful guidance, our healthcare clients navigate transactions with both efficiency and sophistication.

Jason’s M&A range spans from Big Law transactions over $1B and main street law transactions starting at $500K. He has held the titles of General Counsel and Managing Director of Operations, including business development for a mid-market professional services company where he helped to scale the company by 15x during his 7-year tenure.

Jason earned his degrees from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business and the Michigan State University College of Law. Beyond his work as an attorney, he is a full time faculty member and professor at North Carolina Central University of Law. His courses focus on contracts, entrepreneurship, and small business and his papers have been published by the Boston University Public Interest Law Journal and the St. Louis University Law Journal.
